FAILURE: WENGER HAS THESE 2 ARSENAL PLAYERS TO BLAME FOR MISSING OUT ON THE TOP FOUR THIS SEASON

Another season has passed, and the Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern have been left feeling disappointed once again. After a poor campaign last term, fans were hopeful of a turnaround in what has turned out to be Arsene Wenger’s final campaign, but things have only gotten worse for the Gunners.
Particularly in recent weeks, they’ve failed to give Le Prof the send-off that he has deserved, and that’s highlighted just how many problems his successor will have at the club.
To be fair, Arsene Wenger’s time has been coming for a while, and most certainly, a change in management was needed as Arsenal look to turn around their fortunes.
However, the blame cannot all be pointed at him. A handful of players have disappointed this season, and their form has been perhaps the most difficult thing for fans to witness, as they’ve been the players in the past that have been instrumental in their team’s success.
With that said, Wenger has these 2 Arsenal players to blame for missing out on the top four this season…

PETR CECH

Petr Cech has been one of Europe’s best for years, but his career has been going one way for a few years now.
He’s never really been at his best since he moved to Arsenal, and this year he has gotten particularly poor.
He’s been mistake-prone, and he’s no longer providing those magical saves that made him so special at Chelsea. That’s often been the difference between a win and a draw for the Gunners.
At 35-years-old, the Gunners really need to think about replacing him.

MESUT OZIL

On his day, there is nobody better than Mesut Ozil.
However, this season, the German simply hasn’t been good enough.
He can go missing for weeks, and even when he does perform, you can’t guarantee that he will do the same thing a week later.
That lack of consistency has played a crucial role in Arsenal’s struggles this season, and if he continues to perform poorly, his future at the Emirates surely must be considered – even with his latest contract.

Arsene Wenger  the end of an era. Probably the greatest manager that managed the great team of Arsenal. Born in Strasbourg, France, Arsene Wenger makes his departure from the Emirates. he has a history of managing Monaco, Nancy, Nagoya grampus and finally Arsenal. His football career brought him 4 goals in total before his career of managing. Wenger will step down from his managerial role at Arsenal at the end of the season after 22 years in charge of the club. His last game takes in a trip to Huddersfield on Sunday (3pm) with Arsenal still looking for their first away point of 2018. Wenger has largely brought success to  Arsenal , winning three Premier Leagues as well as seven FA Cups. The Frenchman was also an integral part of the north London club’s move from their old Highbury ground to their new Emirates Stadium. But it’s the way Wenger has got his Arsenal players thinking that the 68-year-old wants to be mainly remembered for.

German FA officials at World Cup fined for celebration provoking Sweden

FIFA says Georg Behlau and Ulrich Voigt must each pay 5,000 Swiss francs ($5,040) fines, and were reprimanded for their unsporting behavior. Apologies by the two men and promises  not to work "within the stadium premises''  when Germany plays South Korea on Wednesday were taken into account by FIFA's disciplinary panel. Team media officer Voigt and the director of the DFB office for the national team, Behlau, charged towards the Sweden bench pumping their fists when Toni Kroos' stoppage-time goal gave Germany a 2-1 victory on Saturday. The enraged Swedish coaching staff and reserve players then stood up and immediately confronted them, shoving them back towards their technical area. FIFA says Swedis
